As part of the Gitmo Observer’s mission to widely disseminate information about the legal proceedings at Guantanamo Bay, the Gitmo Observer collects and hosts the publications of Military Commission observers affiliated with other organizations granted “NGO Observer Status” by the U.S. Pentagon.
